Our franchise system provides the proven formula for achieving financial success. Our franchisees or Licensees are young, dynamic professionals who share the same dream: to become the masters of their own financial destinies. But sometimes this dream is difficult to achieve by oneself. This is when the experience and trajectory of an older and established organization comes in hand. There is also, and this is very important, the problem of resources.
Royalties
There are certain things that one cannot do by oneself, but these things become possible through the sum of the efforts of many. The mother organization receives a small amount of royalties from each individual Licensee. These royalties sum total resources that can be used to benefit all parts. This is the case with the donation of a rehabilitation ward to a hospital; or the incorporation of a worldwide famous celebrity to the list of devotees; or the optimization in the positioning in Google and other web search engines. All these are things that the mother established organization does to help its franchisees or Licensees. This is one of the benefits of belonging to a larger, experienced organization.

You Put The Work
There's nothing better for the entrepreneurial spirit than being rewarded directly for their effort. That usually is not possible in corporate life, where bonuses (if any) are based more on salary or employment level than on individual merit or performance. Hard work may be its own reward, but it's even better when the income directly reflects the output.

Intra country collaboration is great and the franchisor organization can fix it for you. Just think of this example. Bryan Adams is on a tour. He travels through many countries in Latin America. In one country, Paraguay, he decides that he needs to work out a bit because his bones feel stiff. So he asks his manager to set an appointment with the best pilates Studio of Paraguay. The manager books a class at a Tamara Di Tella Studio. Paraguay asks us to write the franchisor to write a press release to send to local magazines and immediately gets one. Next thing that happens is that the franchise from Peru and the one from Italy writes a mail saying that some new clients came for what they heard were: “Bryan Adams Routines”. Yes sir, globalization works that way and international franchise systems too.
A Brand is a Brand
OK, we all now about the power of a LOGO like McDonald's, Benetton, Lacoste, Cartier or Mercedes Benz. We all know that it brings you clientele to your studio much faster than if you decide to start from zero. Now, what happens when a brand is a well known internationally but not in your own turf? Does it matter? No, it does not matter that it is not known in your territory People Google anything these days and what is important is that they see that it exists in many other countries. If a brand has not arrived to your country yet, it is not the problem of the brand but rather of your country, which is lagging behind. This was the case of Starbucks in Argentina; Brazil had Starbucks, Chile had Starbucks, Peru had Starbucks… but Argentina did not yet have a Starbucks. What had happened there? Well, what happened was that Argentina was lagging behind. The argument that “ a brand that is not known in my country is not useful” is not valid. It’s as simple as that. Marketing / Advertising
Name one thing that is better than sharing advertisement fees. Name one thing that beats having someone helping you with your marketing. Few things can. Advertisement and marketing are very costly and having the possibility to share is simple delicious. And one more thing: not having to worry about it is even better. Because when you know that you are part of a larger family, then you do not have to worry any more, and you do not have to find the ways to prove that you are better that the guy next door. Everybody knows you are better because everybody knows that you have a family that stands by your side, making you bigger and stronger than your competitors.
Everything is Cheaper
Franchised businesses have one extra bonus: everything they need will probably cost less. Be it a product like an apparatus, a piece of equipment; or a service, like a course, an updating to a course, a new method, a new set of routines or techniques, whatever you can think of, it will always be cheaper to obtain if you are a franchisee or a licensee of a large organization. This is because large organizations work at scale and that definitely has a price advantage.
License Territory
There is a myth and that is that the larger a territory of exclusivity, the better the franchisee will do. This is not the case. Ever. Starbucks is the best proof that this is not the case. It was not until there were Starbucks all over the place, literally one a block, that Starbucks boomed as a business and all the licensees started to do really well. There were many and they were all crowded. The more Starbucks there were, the more people chose Starbucks for a cup of coffee. This is marketing. The moral of the story is: do not ask for exclusive territory. Marketing shows that it does not protect; and that it may rather slow down your growth.
